if you have an incipient psychosis and live in the CSSS Jeanne-Mance and Coeur-de-l'Île area.
Your postal code must have one of the following first three letters:
H2H, H2K, H2L, H2T, H2V, H2W,

H2X, H2Y, H2Z, H3B, H5B or H4J.

The first contact can take place either:

• In the organizations frequented by the young person
• In our offices located at the CHUM

You can come alone or accompanied by caregivers with whom you have developed a relationship of trust.
